✩ Don't be afraid to ask for wips or updates about your commission whenever u want.
✩ An additional dm or reminder is always appreciated since I easily forget things.
✩ I usually take from 2 weeks or 2 months depending on complexity. Remember art takes time, so please be patient!!
✩ Please feel free to resend a dm if I haven't reply into the 24hrs.
✩ I can only take 3 slots per person. That includes emotes too!
✩ Be clear and simple with the description and references of your character! So i can spend more time drawing than asking.
✩ If there are things that aren't listed, don't hesitate to ask and I'll let u know if i can draw it or not. Don't worry i don't bite lol
✩ Please avoid to give all the information of a commission or ask for an slot if u don't have the money in hand when the payment is asked. Thanku so much for understanding and hope this situations doesn't repeat in the future <3

If you have a problem with any of these terms, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying for your commissioned piece.
All terms and conditions mentioned here, are applied as soon as payment or first payment is done.1. GENERAL TERMS- All drawings may or will include a subtle sign that you may not remove.- I might record the drawing process and post it on my youtube or any social media if I want to.- Prices are subject to change based on demand.- I have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.- Even if your commission seems simple, have in mind that I might have other clients to attend. Which can affect the time of delivery.2. PAYMENT- Currency accepted is either USD or SOLES and can be paid through Kofi or PayPal.- Commissions can be paid either 100% upfront or split 50% upfront and 50% after sketch approval.- Don't send me any payment before I have agreed to give you a slot and requested you to send me the payment.- PLEASE! Ask for a commission only if u are sure u are able to pay!- If payment plan, give me at least one deadline- The price includes not only the price for the art, but also consulting, communication, administration, marketing and even managing.Remember that i'm a fulltime job artist and i live from this! So my time is very valuable! Tysm for understanding!3. PROCESS AND DELIVERY- Due to the timezone give 1 day waiting for answers or updates. (Trello) My timezone is GMT-5 Perú, Lima.- If you have a deadline, there will be an additional cost to end the commission faster and it is necessary to mention it beforehand.- If the client doesn't answer between 2-7 days without a deposit, the commission will be archived. And the slot will be passed to another person, because i need to keep working.- It is recommended to have the money in hand for smooth transactions and to secure your commission slot.- I will notify you when I have started on your commission and you, therefore, lose the rights to a refund.- While I'm working on your commission I will make reviews with you to make sure I make it just right for you. (The amount of reviews depends on the complexity of the work.)- The time it takes to finish your commission varies (days, weeks, rarely months) depending on factors such as health, responsibilities of daily life, emergencies, complexity of the commissioned piece, pending commissions and other reasons.*- If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know.- Once the piece is finished you will receive the full-resolution image (can be sent through email). Note that there is no physical product.4. REVISIONS- Usually you get 3 rounds of changes on the sketch process the commissioned piece included in the price. If after the 3 round of changes u would like to change the sketch for a 4th time, I'll charge an additional fee depending on the complexity and price will start with $10.- Please, be patience when it's about a bunch of artworks.- To prevent confusions, please only give the essential details. (for example, an small description of the personality is better than giving all the backstory. Thanku!!)- A fee will be added if you want something changed on the final drawing. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make to the final product. (unless a misunderstanding from my side has been made). Changes like this starts with $10.- Please, i'll ask you to don't insist to change it for free.5. COPYRIGHT / USAGE POLICYI, Andy Pelusa, claim the rights to the produced drawing, not the buyer. Therefore I am allowed to use the copyrighted artwork to:- Promote myself with it everywhere- Publish books with it (artbooks, etc.)- Display it everywhere to my liking (website, social media, etc.)- Post it wherever I wantThe buyer is allowed to:- Use the commissioned piece for personal use unless agreed otherwise. (for example: you can use it as pfp as long as it isn't absolutely not affiliated in any way of getting money)- Print the artwork and claim the character(s) as their own, but not the artwork itself.- Customs or character designs can't be claimed as their own creation and must be credited.- Use the artwork on their Youtube channel and in monetized videos as long as the artwork itself is not the main subject for the earnings. (for commercial use, price must be discussed.)- When sharing the artwork through any social media, using it on forums, as profile picture, etc. credit to the artist must be given.- If at any point, u would like to purchase legaly my designs and make a commercial use from it, then price have to be discussed and i'll give more details wich are already mentioned on my toyhouse character permmissions.The following is considered copyright infringement:- Reproducing/using the copyrighted artwork commercially - means making money off it in any way.- Claiming the artwork or custom as your own- Removing my signature from the artwork- Altering the artwork without my consentI reserve the full rights to the image and it's use/distribution unless otherwise agreed upon (rights to the image for your own non-personal use may be purchased at any time).6. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION- I will do everything I can to make my customers happy!- If you have a problem with anything in regards to the commissioned piece please tell me right away so we can find a solution together.- I am willing to change some of my terms for you if you ask before I start on your commission. If you, e.g., do not want me to post your art anywhere, we can discuss this.7. REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY- The buyer is not allowed a refund once I started working on the commission.- If for any reason I am unable to start your commission you will receive a refund.- If you cancel your order before I started it, you can get a refund.- If refund: I'm not obligated to pay the paypal extra fee transaction wich means that you as the client, will recive all your money except the 5.4 % + USD 0.30 that paypal asks for each transaction. This happens to compesate the time I lost communicating with the client and so.- If you are paying with Nitro, i don't know how to send it back to you (unless paypal). So it needs to be discussed. That's why i recommend you to be sure of what you want before doing any payment.- If you are getting a refund, do not request a Paypal chargeback. Reach to me through dms first!- If you request a Paypal chargeback at any point when you were not allowed to ask for a refund you will lose all beforementioned rights to the commissioned piece and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and supply Paypal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will be blacklisted for commissioning me again.- If the buyer breaks any of the points stated above, they will lose all the before mentioned rights to the artwork commissioned by me, Andy Pelusa; and I will have the right to profit further from the commissioned artwork in any way I see fit. If you have a problem with any of these statements, they may be changed if discussed with me prior to paying your commissioned piece.Extra about the time: if after your commission order, i post a drawing on my social media, that doesn't mean that i'm not working on your commission. Because sometimes i have some artworks already finished and then i post it. Or, maybe i need to refresh my mind drawing other things to then continue your commission and thus give you the best service that i can offer!
